remember him very well when he was at oklahoma.
saw a piece on him about a year ago after he had lost the leg. he was very different than i had imagined. seemed to be, very much, a loved dad and husband and a very talented musician. im sure those people will miss him greatly.

Had an opportunity to meet Wayman when I worked for the Phoenix Suns. All those stories you hear about him being a great guy were all TRUE! A fantastic musician as well, and left here way too soon!!........R.I.P

He was an icon in Oklahoma. A world class athlete, world class musician, and world class human.

We know what a great athlete he was, but I never heard anything but good about him as a person. And that's what really counts. Always had that shining smile for everyone he met. Used to listen to a jazz station, and they even talked about what a great guy he was as they played his music.
We all should be remembered this well.
