That I have an opinion on the big races mostly because they are so competitive and filled with unfamiliar horses.
The Preakness though is too juicy to be true.
With tons of speed signed on and talent at a limit, Friesan Fire who was favored in the Derby and absolutely despised the surface despite winning in the slop prior.
All wet tracks are different unfortunately for him.
He is razor sharp with tactical speed and will get the first run on the average closers.
Love this one around 5-1.
Earlier at Belmont, I can count on one hand how many times I've bet on Pat Quick.
Royal Lord makes his third start off the bench after two races overloaded with excuses.
Speedball directly inside him gives him an immediate hedge trip and with the Bond horse outside of him and a horse that couldn't get it done several times at a time Bond was on fire last year, makes him ultra vulnerable.
It's Royal Lords race to lose.
Good luck
Ben
