Well, the 2 nags ran 1-2~as odds suggested they might...incidentally, the pace was set by a 3rd horse who had faced the Sunland Derby winner in a previous start, up close on the pace in that race before tiring and finishing 9th.....this colt, Del Conte, set most of the pace today and held on for a 3rd place finish...!
