Weather.com is posting scattered thunder storms for May 16th in Baltimore...

Does RA still run against the boys, first time out, in the slop? Does Friesan Fire get the chalk again or does MTB?

considering her performance in the oaks and considering with her running style she is going to get as clean a trip as anyone in the race, yes.

MTB's connections can be found outside doing a rain dance.

It could be another sloppy track for Mind That Bird..I just got a feeling he's going to do it again..

If it comes up sloppy, he just might do that...although, RA won the Oaks on an off track. it maybe wasn't slop, but it was muddy...and don't forget Freisan Fire likes the slop too....

Have you all forgotten about POTN? In my eyes, he proved he can run on dirt... didn't mind the slop either. I think the turns really need to be taken into account at Pimlico. I could easily see RA going 2-3 wide into the first turn and being pushed out to the 4-5 path (oh, they wouldn't do that).

Actually, I am actually hoping everyone has forgotten about Pioneerof The Nile or at a minimum are looking elsewhere.

Remember this time of year in Baltimore the weathermen always seem to call for a 30% chance of t-storms..weathermen just covering their butts.

And keep in mind if the weathermen are actually correct (which is never), the surface at Pimlico dries out quickly.
