I certainly don't agree with everything Barney Frank says or does but I do like this. And he is correct in that U.S. banks have plenty of problems to worry about, let alone wondering if U.S. citizens are gambling offshore.

We should be able to gamble online. I think eventually, when Obama figures out how to tax it, we will.
