Twinspires has another players pool for Wednesday at Churchill.

Let's see if one of us could hit one..

Pick 6 carryover is 781k

Super Hi Five carryover is 251k

Your allotted 100k just like the 3 handicappers at twinspires...There's really no repercussions..It's not your money just like it's not there money..So go for it..

Post your tickets for one or both carryovers....Remember..100k allowed total for both carryovers. You can play one or both..

FYI, after the all the scratches (sloppy, off the turf), we are left with field sizes of 8, 7, 6, 7, 4, & 10.

So just for a point of reference a $2 ALL/ALL/ALL/ALL/ALL/ALL would be $188,160.

Just for fun, I've split my contenders into A & B groups. So here's my number of contenders:

# A B
4 2 4
5 2 2
6 3 2
7 1 6
8 4 0
9 4 5

To start, I will put in 4 tickets, in each of which, one of my Group A horses must win (just using all in 8 & 9 since I don't have much insight there).

1 5
3 4 2 6
2 10 12 3 7
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6 2 5 8 9 10
ticket #1 $20,160

1 5 3 6 7 8
3 4
2 10 12 3 7
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6 2 5 8 9 10
ticket #2 $30,240

1 5 3 6 7 8
3 4 2 6
2 10 12
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6 2 5 8 9 10
ticket #3 $36,288

1 5 3 6 7 8
3 4 2 6
2 10 12 3 7
1
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6 2 5 8 9 10
ticket #4 $8,640

Total of 4 tickets: $95,328
and since we don't want to waste any of our $100,000 (lol),
Ticket #5 is the A group with a couple moved up from B that were on the margin for me, with all in the last two:

1 5 8
3 4
2 10 12
1 6
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6 2 5 8 9 10
ticket #5 $2,592

and all the As (with the 2 extra marginals) only:

1 5 8
3 4
2 10 12
1 6
1 3 4 5
1 3 4 6
ticket #5 $1,152

for a grand total of $99,072

Good luck to everyone who is actually playing the Pick 6 today!

Runners in Bold are the scratches I used on my tickets...I'm not going to adjust the totals..If I get around to it..Whatever extra I do have I'll use in the super hi five..How great would this be..Using 100k of other peoples money in trying to hit the pick 6..There's not much pressure..

Ok, I did the adjustments with all the scratches...

My total investment went from $78,820 to $33,996...WOW!!! I didn't think it would drop that much..I have 2 tickets alive after the first leg..My Tale of the Cat runner in race four was one of my big singles..I still have my 2 biggest tickets alive..

Twinspires will show their pick 6 tickets after race 4 to those who didn't enter..It will very interesting on how they structured there tickets..

Two races, two failed favorites. All my tickets are somehow still alive, lol.

She scared me as well. I didn't use her....now it likes good handicapping, lol!

Double for the first two legs paid 43.40. Not bad.

I noticed they left the :9: out in race 9...That is one of my long shot plays...With the speedy 7 being scratched. It kind of hurts my speed duel possiblity..The 2,3,7 and 10 are all E/EP with 6 speed points or more..Maybe those three will still mix it up early..

I would have rather had the 10 for sure, but with the 2 winning, I'm guaranteed to have at least 3 winning mythical pick 6 tickets.

Now it's a question of whether I'll get my my mythical 100 grand back or not, hehe. 104 dollars for the pick 3.

Why is that when there's no money on the line, my top picks always win? haha!!:bang:

My 80k investment got back $252 dollars...LMAO!!!!

Twinspires didn't hit the pick 6..

They did hit the super hi five on one ticket...But they spent over 15k on that ticket and got back 15.5k....

So to sum it up...It's not smart to try and buy a pick 6 ticket..Find some singles and make up several different tickets and have it multiple times if it hits...

I think (counted in a hurry) that I had the winning ticket 3 times and 5 of 6 82 times!

So that's (33,557.80 X 3) + (252.60 X 82) for a monster return of:

$121,386.60 for my $99,072 investment

Profit of 22,314.60

Of course, that's before any withholdings, so not exactly spectacular--but good fun!

Good Job CBEDO...You kicked mine and twinspires ass....I hurried and spent 45k on the hi five..DUH!!!! I can't believe they spent 48k on one pick 6 ticket...It just doesn't make sense to do that with all those scratches... Let's just say they did hit it for a 90k payoff..So everyone doubles their money..Whoopee..They gots to go for it..
