Biloxi race books?

A friend's moving to Biloxi and needs to know about racebook or simulcast facilities there. He says no computer so home betting's out.
Anyone with any info?

Interesting you should ask...I am going there for 2 weeks, leaving tonight.

I have been several times for the Air Force. There is no sports or horse race betting in Biloxi. It isn't legal anywhere in the state. Further, you can't even bet from home in MS. You can of course, I mean its not legal. The best place to go is the Fair Grounds in New Orleans, only a little over an hour away if memory serves me right.
