So Mafaaz is definitely not going to run in the Derby?

Definitely didn't impress, but I hadn't read any definitive news. Last I had heard the connections were saying they didn't care how he finished in the BG.

I can't find a link, but I read somewhere they ruled the Derby out and were planning on a turf campaign with him here. Good idea I think.

Yes, the connections had a press release late last week (viewable at BH and TT sites) that they were out of the Derby but keeping hiom over here for future turf races.
