On a related topic:

A deadly cocktail of financial hardship and mental illness might have contributed to a Maryland father’s breakdown, authorities said Tuesday.
Maryland police said Christopher Alan Wood killed his wife, Francie, and their children, Chandler, 5; Gavin, 4; and Fiona, 2, either late Thursday or early Friday. Wood was last seen by a babysitter shortly before 9 a.m. Friday. He killed himself soon after.

And another:

TOWSON, Md. (AP) Victims of what police described Tuesday as an apparent murder-suicide. An employee found their bodies in a locked guest room at a hotel near Baltimore after they failed to check out on time Monday.

Baltimore County police identified the dead as William Parente, 59, his wife, Betty Parente, 58, and their daughters, Stephanie, 19, and Catherine, 11, of Garden City, N.Y., on Long Island.

These guys have to kill their families too ?! Sick bastards !!

I think the authorities are investigating this pretty carefully.
It may or may not have been a suicide.
Very strange.

This is sad, Bubba
Poor man. It seems so many of these pro-athletes don't stay healthy.
Especially these big men.
Prayers go out to his family. :(

60-something year old granny porn star Blue Iris also had a heart attack and is on life support, appears she will not be gracing the world with her talents much longer.

That truly is sad news. She's always entertaining when Stern has her on. I don't know if I'll ever get the image of her and Artie making out, out of my head.

I heard Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have a suicide pact. I think it is officially called a "Fannie Pact". Is that true? :1: :1a:

yeah, Uncle Tom really got a good zinger in there.

Maybe a prayer for the guy's family would be something to do about now.

No, we can always find something to laugh about even a guy's (suicide?).

Of course let someone abuse a horse and well , hands off that tragedy.

crazy indeed.

I will save you the pixels, yeah I know, all just a joke , no sense of humor.

yada yada yada .......

I was here when Snow died.

I don't recall ANY posts of a derogatory nature here.

Who did that ?

Probably nobody, as this place is too classy to stoop to that far-left "he got what he deserved" kind of garbage. I was thinking more along the lines of what was said regarding Snow on other, more popular sites on the Internet.

Did Tom's comment really deserve that kid of lecture? Somebody brought up that perhaps it wasn't a suicide, then Tom references Vince Foster and cracks a hillary joke...and ddog of all folks gets his nose all out of joint over it?

Oh well, just another day at the office.

Yeah I did find some humor in Tom's Hillary joke. His joke was about Hillary, not two men's deaths. Many people, myself included, have long felt there was more to the former White House Deputy Councel's untimely death than what had been reported back during the early days of the first Clinton term. That's not born from a Republican vs. Democrat or Conservative vs. Liberal point of view. I really didn't sense Tom was making light of the fact that two men died before their time, but rather he recognized the suspicious circumstances behind the Vince Foster "suicide". In that spirit I had a chuckle. Sorry if that offended your fragile sensibilities and I'll try real hard to never laugh at a Hillary joke again.

And, shockingly, another gratuitous slap on the wrist for those not on or supporting the extreme right.

Nothing more would ever be expected.

But, the inference that was drawn was that somebody HERE made said comments. Just wanted to clear that up.

When someone answers me how what Tom posted deserves EVEN a slap on the wrist, then we can go forward from there...

I'm listening...
