When it comes to looking at the Rider, What service provides the Best choice, both in cost and depth?

The boys at HDW offer stats on "running style" of the jockeys in the race. I have found it to be reliable.

JCapper generates a number of reports for riders, trainers, and owners using your own data and results files as the source.

The above report shows info for riders at TAM broken out into many different categories. Riders go through cycles where they get hot and cold. But if you stay up on the tendencies of the human connections at any given circuit you can't help but learn (eventually) who is good and bad at what.
