Here is our analysis for Saturday's Arkansas Derby (Race 11 at Oaklawn Park):
#9 Win Willy (ML 7/2) who has flown under the radar so far, is 3 for 3 on dirt and appears to be on his toes. Ready to show that the Rebel Stakes was no fluke. Breezed :48 for a half, which is sensational for a closer. Only needs a little speed up front to produce his patented finish (similar to his sire Monarchos' 2001 KY Derby Victory).
#8 Old Fashioned (ML 9/5) will be over bet here and has a huge task ahead of him. He needs a win here to justify his participation in the Ky Derby.
#7 Summer Bird (ML 30/1) in sharp form, stepping up here. Will not be a complete surprise if he completes your Trifecta.
#3 Flat Out (ML 10/1) was flat-footed coming out of the gate in the Southwest, will improve over that showing.
