reading pp

might be a dumb question to most on this board, but here goes!!
in the pp i know that c 3000 means that race was a claiming race, horses to be claimed for $3000.. now what does it mean when i see:c 3000 c?what does that 2nd "c" mean???

It means the horse was claimed in that race.
