at laurel today 4-2-09 4th race.cond str alw 15000 for f-m 4+ which have started for a cl price of 5000 or less 2008-2009

the #1 horse last race was a f-cl 10000. does she still qualify for this race??

i'm still confused with race conditions and class of race

Yes Frank,

>=2008 is the key to the eligible claiming price / not necessarily the last race. It’s why shrewd trainers will try and get an animal eligible for a starter allowance series by dropping within the required time frame. (Without losing them.)
