Always seemed to me they got their just deserts for firing Tubby Smith. Why they did that, I'm pretty sure I know and it had nothing to do with his coaching....

Tubby wasn't fired. He resigned, although he was under pressure and might have been let go with another average season. Like many UK coaches, he decided he'd rather have more fun and coach elsewhere.

Calipari is the perfect fit. Huge ego, but that's what you need in that job.
