Sydney is Chip Dutrow. He's Tony and Ricky's younger brother.

Looks like he's been learning well, not sure if he's been an assistant or not...

He's like all of the Dutrow boys - born and grew up around racehorses and the track.

He was about 10 or 11 when I worked for his dad 35 years ago, so he's not a kid.

And, whatever "regimen" the older Dutrow boys use, you can be sure Chip is privy too, so you can expect lofty win percentages.
