The link you posted isn't opening, but your point is well taken. The Fed along with the international banking cartels control the country. The Federal Reserve Act and fractional reserve banking have buried the US in debt needlessly.:bang:

What guidelines are being dissolved/destroyed? Could you give some more specifics?
