pops and tips original manual

What is the difference between the two?If I remember correctly tips was the angle part but I cant remember what pops were.Wasnt this similiar to Taulbot's research.

Pops was created by Earl Sigoloff A Horse of a Different Color

It all revolves around horse last 4 races and whethor or not the odds dropped

from race 4 to 3 to 2 to last race. Other things also involved but it all

revolved around horses odds in last 4 races dropping down. There are lots

of posts if you do a search. I think the original came out in mid-80's.
