Touch her up with a healthy dose of rhinoplasty and squeeze her 'tween Olbermann & Maddow. Twil be a trifecta of loons.

And she's as loony as the come. Her head is filled with air and nothing else.

If this were a betting tri and we had to play it cold one way, would play it Rhodes to Olbermann to Maddow, ranking them in order of looniness.Might play a saver putting KO over RR over RM.Dont worry, all the fans of Lefty media have a strong sponser coming to the rescue.Chuck Schumer is pushing hard to restore The Fairness(?) Doctrine.Guess that having NBC,CBS,ABC,CNN,MSNBC,etc,is not enough for the Left, they want the rest of the media too.

I've noticed the Fishing Network and Cartoon Channel leaning left these days as well.

Is nothing sacred?

Nova M Radio has gone bankrupt. Shades of Air America

from a statement by Rhodes Attorney

" Libtalk network Nova M Radio has been shut down, according to the attorney for Randi Rhodes, Robert V Gaulin of New York. … Moments ago, Gaulin sent this letter to your Radio Equalizer:

Randi Rhodes’ on-air home for less than a year will shut its doors. In an email message of February 17th from counsel for Nova M Radio, Inc. to Randi’s entertainment attorney, Robert V. Gaulin, the company is said to have been advised to file for bankruptcy protection next week. All payroll deposits were reversed on Tuesday, leaving Nova’s employees unpaid for the past two weeks.

On Sunday, Nova received a letter from Mr. Gaulin asserting that the contract with Ms. Rhodes was terminated due to material breaches and other reasons. Ms. Rhodes had not broadcast for over a week prior to this time, a situation which was diplomatically referred to as a “problem” that was solely within Nova’s control to solve. A few days earlier, Sheldon Drobny, founder of Nova M, and a co-founder of Air America Radio, attempted suicide and is hospitalized in Chicago."

Rhodes probably decided not to air her show for free...............

Damn shame...you'd think shows and networks like this would be getting more POPULAR, not shutting down. After all, I keep reading on here that conservatism is DEAD, Republicans are DEAD, Obama and Democrats RULE, Bush ruined the COUNTRY....

And yet, Rush inks a 400 million+ deal while Randi Rhodes (who used to be one helluva guitar player) has to file for bankruptcy.

Will the wonders never cease?

The stark contrast between a highly successful Rush and a dismal RR failure is precisely why the libs want the Fairness Doctrine. The Lib talk show hosts cannot compete in the free market of ideas, (Why? Because they have no freakin' ideas -- at least no good ones!) This is why the State now wants to force-feed socialism down everyone's throat. But so few people want to listen to libs spouting off their anti-American and anti-Capitalism messages designed to divide Americans.

Randi Rhodes canned again..........?

http://www.allaccess.com/net-news/archive/story/128895/premiere-randi-rhodes-show-to-end-may-16th

She announced she's retiring and leaving the country.........? Due to the state of the media today?

She's 55, maybe she reached her magic number, and is walking away.

Hope she doesn't run into any more conservatives in a bar overseas

Radio has shown over and over again that it is not kind to liberals. Liberals do much better in the print media. So it goes.

Funny, posts we made five years ago stll apply. Had forgotten all about RR, had no idea she was still working in any media. Thought that she had just faded away and gone wherever it is that liberals go when they finally jump the tracks.

Ed Schultz show suddenly ends this week. No more radio for him.

He says he will move to a one hour a day spot on the web

Will still have his MSNBC show

He just lost a 200k a year radio gig. I wonder if the Unions will up his salary?

He has made a fool of himself on radio this year by first endorsing the keystone pipeline and then backtracking and apologizing to his listeners .......

Adios!

I'm shocked that the web will even host him. :D
