TOM SCHELL STRIKES AGAIN

6th today at GP, Flint Mountain, paid $8.40. Out of the 13 hole no less. BRIS has Schell with a 29% win ratio at GP. Has to be the Van rides cross county.

i love it, i spoke to him about 3 weeks ago, he is one perfect gentleman. also he knows this game a lot better than myself.

I'm surprised nobody claimed the horse. Tom won for 10, ran him over his head in a starter allowance, then snuck him back in for 6250 today.

Tom and Lisa do a very fine job. I am shocked they didn't take flint as well, turns out to be another nice claim by tom as I believe he took this horse 8k at calder. Great job Tom :ThmbUp: Jason

I still think it's the Van rides cross County that you mentioned couple weeks before GP opened. The horses enjoy the view with the slow traffic. Beyer will have to look into Van rides and your 29% win ratio at GP.

That huge 2 for 7 sample winning both times with the same horse probably isn't going to draw Beyer's attention.

Also, the horses best races with his prior trainer were wins for 8 and 10 with Beyers of 80 and 85 and a second in an allowance with a Beyer of 81.

With Tom, the horse has won four times, one for 10, one for 8, and two for 6250, with Beyers of 75, 80, 72 and TBD. I don't really think many would consider that a "move up", just judicious spotting of the horse. Not many guys can keep a horse unclaimed with 4 wins in 10 tries at those lower levels.
