Does anyone know what is involved in the relay signals. I am curious about some of the other threads.
Are track signals up for sale, rent or lease? Can anybody buy a channel? How are these track videos sent out?
If a track makes its races available then how are they being regulated? could they just put it on the internet thru their web page?
Any info is appreciated. I understand very little.
