These are my summary statistics for 2008 horse race handicapping excluding one week in Vegas where I did very well, but did not keep records:
Wagered: 29698
Net: (4825.12)
$Net: $1.68
I will end up reporting a profit to IRS because I caught a $7000 keno ticket based on 40-cent wager during my last hour of the trip.
I would be interested if others would post their statistics for 2008.

Don't think that I'd own up to having played keno. ;) No question about your integrity.

no way I am posting my win loss statement. Way too much red ink.

I don't have wager totals, just the net result for the past 3 years. My betting has always been hurt by my lack of playing trifectas. I don't know why, but I have a hard time consistenly playing them. Just one or two big tickets could erase my most of the deficits. I usually hit some nice longshots during the year.
2008: -1755.
2007: -3,150
2006: -400.

Nice going Raybo-----I was in the red this year again---so I am not posting my crappy results --but congrats to those that can post winning years...I think it gives those hope that we too can turn the corner.
