Has anyone been able to access www.programsdaily.com in the last couple of days. Maybe it was to good to be true.

They were likely selling outside the parameters of a USTA-Trackmaster contract.
Trackmaster becomes aware of these rogues eventually and turns the enforcement over to the USTA (it is their data).

The standard response is a "cease and detest" order.
