Todays 8th race at Gulf had Elusive Heat (daughter of Extra Heat) run lights out in a Alwn$y against a nondescript field stopping the timer in 1:08:96 for 6f. Missed the track record by 2 ticks and won by 15-20 L. Could have gone in tomorrows stakes race at gulf but Mclaughlin passed on facing gemswick and frolic . She looks special.:ThmbUp:

She's going to be fun to watch this year. Her mother was always a win machine but actually improved a whole lot from the summer of her 3yo season on.
