Hi all,
Not much in terms of racing today with all the cancellations. An interesting card of turf events at Gulfstream today.
All selections made prior to scratches.
3rd: Looking at #4 Mellow Johnny who has a nice work and adds blinkers. Also looking at the Smarty Jones colt #7 Maestro And Master. I have been following the offspring of Smarty Jones and they have been fairing well on the grass.
5th: Grand cash looks tough to beat at a short price.
7th: #3 Uncle Indy may be a square price. I like betting this trainer/jockey combo and Penna is tough with a runner making it's next start following a maiden win. A little worried that this one took 11 tries to win but the 5 year old has always been pretty competitive.
9th: Another Smarty Jones colt in here. #7 Dr. Smarty Jack goes for Clement. This looks to be wide-open so worth a shot at a price.
