Can't say for sure, but I view them perhaps as a "shill" for some commercial enterprise(s) or at least a place to cull some names and email adresses.....I wouldn't trust em myelf....But that is me, and I always remain skeptical of people who are trying to help me, and look for larceny at every turn of their respective cards....:jump:
