This could easily be an ungraded stakes race.

#8 (3/1) Hellvelyn is the most interesting. He was a true graded sprinter across the pond. Came over after a layoff and ran big in a quality 5.5f race at Saratoga. Then he went up to Woodbine and ran a solid race in the G2 Nearctic. Now I am looking at his foreign form, and Durcan pretty much came to the conclusion that what he wants to do is track/stalk and then strike the front a furlong or so out and hold that lead to the wire. When he came over here for McLaughlin he went in that fast sprint at Saratoga and had to fight all the way and make a late rush. His Nearctic was a lot better than it may look on form. Woodbine has that long turf stretch and not every horse appreciates it. It was a willing run, and he was closest at the wire. This horse will be a miler in the united states. Garcia will have a chance to track Jet Propulsion and should position this classy grey in 2nd with a furlong or two to go, and "hold" all others through the stretch. Like the palm meadows turf works. Stakes Prep.

#9 (6/1) Jet Propulsion and Elvis Trujillo have the race to lose. He will get a sizeable easy lead, and should take them a long way. Rail is out at 60ft.

lots of other nice options and some old warriors like the two 7yos Minister's Joy , and Ruff And Ready

:D i'm terrible.

nice race by Jet Propulsion who wires the field in good time.
Garcia never positioned Helvelyn up into 2nd, he waited to make one run and nobody was going to make 1 run and beat JP today. Good race by Mambo Meister to at least be competitive in the stretch.
