Anyone know why? If I was gambling man ( lol ), I'd bet it was for his drive a week or so ago when he almost ran Andy Miller and Cole Express off the track.

I didnt see anything on usta site. My guess is he a got a few days or maybe a week suspension for something? I noticed he wasnt listed to drive on any horses tonight at ML. Come to think about it he wasnt on any dover horses this week either.

He raced Monday at Dover ....but not Tuesday.

On Pierce's short vacation, I went to the U.S.T.A's web site under Fines and Suspensions; and found nothing about Pierce at all.......

I did notice that trainer Brewer Adams, at Dover Downs, was set down for 270-days for 2-of his horses testing positve twice for "Buprenorphine"....Both of his horses WON and of course were later DQ'ed and the purses were re-distributed, this was back on Novs 16 & 19.......Go Brewer, I alway knew something was "fishy" about you, and sure enough, you stunk up the place....I wonder how many of us got cheated having good-enough contenders to win the race's you stole from us.....Good, they got you.....:jump:....Have a nice vacation, perhaps you can find some other way to make a living....... Justice at last.....
