For every Go between and Indyanne there is 50 more we never heard of, thats why this is the "toughest game played outdoors" SAD :(

Terrible news. What a beautiful one, too.

Yes, it is character that makes you grieve, makes you grieve guiltilly into many tissues many nights. If you didn't that would be more alarming, wouldn't it?

We'll miss you, Indyanne.
My sincere condolences go to her owner, John Sikura, trainer Greg Gilchrist, and all who knew and loved her.

I took this short video (http://maryforney.blogspot.com/2009/01/final-farewell-to-indyanne.html) of Indyanne before she was shipped to her owner's farm in Kentucky.

I was so sad to read about poor 'Indy'. I thought she was going to make it. :(
