Sas the video, I can't tell if the compressions were effective. You don't need much in a kid. As the comments said, they weren't doing any ventilation(breathing) for the patient and this is makes me agree that this video is fake. In addition, I suspect that there were wounds and not addressing that underlying problem also signals that this is a fake.
