For the next sixty days Floyd will conduct a test of the emerging handicapping method.

The handicappers of your area in involuntary cooperation with ADWs and other authorities have developed this system to keep you informed in the event you would wish to wager.
Had this been a real handicapping method you would have been instructed to proceed to one of the tracks, ADWs or OTBs in your area to begin wagering immediately.
