grand daughters of one of the Blue Bloods over at Santa Anita .. told me. Oh
her maiden name is $$ Strub $$

It's a function of the Northern California/Southern California circuit. Each track runs its races 30 minutes apart. They offset each other by 15 minutes so you have a race in California going off every 15 minutes.

Sort of like the Ohio 7/7 program, but they don't go so far as to integrate the cards and race numbers.

Other than Aqueduct in bad weather, which tracks run quicker than every thirty minutes?
