A question about breeders

I am a fan of the sire Yonaguska, so I googeled him and found that he stands at the Vinery farm in Ky. However when I see Yonaguska's in the entries the breeder is not Viney. How does this work? does Vinery sublet stallions to other breeders? Would appreciate some information on how this works.

Breeder: The breeder of a foal is the owner of the dam at the time of foaling, unless the dam was under a lease or foal-sharing agreement at the time of foaling. In that case, the person(s) specified by the terms of the agreement is (are) the breeder(s) of the foal.
