For webpages, there are annotation programs such as fleck

For other pages, you can take a snapshot of the screen (free faststone capture) and use a graphics editor - Google as many free - timeconsuming though.

There's a PDF software that will do such things.

The freeware version does not offer that option, however the complete version is not that expensive.
Don't recall the name of the thing and wether it was mentioned here at PA or in another forum.

Just a thought and I am probably wrong but couldn't you use paint. Once your selection is up all you would have to do is load it into paint and then do whatever.

I've never done it. Grandkids have fun with it however.

Hope it helps.

Equisim will do it.......... you can't run it on Vista though. It works pretty well........but when printed sometimes there are some minor problems..........you can check it out.

There are other ways........ let me think about it

uses TSN and BRIS Data files........see this link

Vista does come with a utility called a "snipping tool" already installed. If you have Vista you may want to give it a try. I have it but have never tried it. I just googled "vista snipping tool" and found several explanations for it.
