Fairgrounds P3 rules ?

Just viewing the P3 will pays for the 10th race at FG and noticed that 3 of the horses didnot have willpays, understandable as there was a $198 dollar horse in the sequence. Now if they didnot have a will pay for 2 of 3 listed, what happens to the pool if one of those 3 horses won the 10th.( the chalk won, so i have no idea what would have happened). Would there have been a carryover to the next p3 pool ? I've never seen this before. :confused:

I'm sure they pay 2 of 3, though I can't say why they didn't list payoffs. I imagine it would be quite complicated because I think they pay any two of 3, not just 1-1-All but All-1-1 and 1-All-1.
