Takeout % chart?

Does anyone know where I can get a complete takeout list for each track on one page? Does the DRF still print a page like that? I know they list the cut on each track before the pp's but I'm trying to get a listing for every track in the U.S.

Rich did one at the trackthieves.com (http://www.trackthieves.com/) site. The spreadsheet is on the HANA site. I think it is fairly up to date.
