Has anyone out there had any experience with this item? It is for sale on E-Bay.

tread with caution, JK. If you go out to their site, there are typos and dead links to be found. Nothing there that would entice me to buy....

The web site gives no indication whether it is handicapping software using data downloads or if is just a tutorial CD

It is NOT, a handicapping program, just a book copied to a CD, or a tutorial CD.

I guess the idea the seller is trying to put into the heads of potential buyers is that if it's expensive and has lots of fancy-sounding terms ("dual platform handicapping"), it has to be good.

Then there's the claim of 80% winners over the Thanksgiving weekend, including a $44 horse.

The "dual platform" is apparently handicapping the card for the weather (fast and turf vs. off-track and off-turf).

Also, I wonder why the site owner wants to keep his idenity private (registered with a privacy agency).

Also, you might want to check the Ebay feedback for the seller.

Do with it as you will, but based on the come-on, I don't recommend it.
