why does Ross Perot deserve this?

I have no problems enjoying how Ross Perot has done well. Good on him.
I think "deserve" may be the wrong word.
But he's getting this because:

"New York-based JPMorgan said Parkcentral defaulted Nov. 20 on a demand for the transfer of $125 million in eligible credit support, resulting in the early termination of all outstanding transactions.

“By failing to perform its obligations under the master agreement, including its obligation to pay to JPMorgan the amount owing under the master agreement, Parkcentral has materially breached” it,

Mr Perot took most of the money from the sale and invested it in tax free government securities. When he ran for president one of his favorite topics was high tax rates. He may have forgot to mention to anyone that he was collecting about 150 million per years tax free from those tax free instruments.

That is why I wrote that he may be getting what he deserves.

A lot of the same individual who are now pushing for higher taxes for everyone took full advantage of the tax rules as individuals (i.e. Warren Buffett was quoted a lamenting that his secretary paid a higher tax rate than he did). But, did he or others like Obama, Biden show their patriotism by paying more taxes then they owned? Everyone has the option to pay more in taxes if they chose - but did they?
