Yeah.......not even close really. People seem to be confused between the theory that a nuclear weapon is easy to make and the actual physical making of one. Theoretically there is nothing to it. However, to make one that would work in a missile takes some serious equipment to make and process the components. This is the part that is most difficult, not getting the raw materials. They still have a long way to go and with oil dropping, trying to continue in the manufacture of one is going to have serious economic issues for the country. Eventually, if they keep plugging away, yes, they will get there. Both India and Pakistan proved that.
