Good Saturday morning to everyone. Rain is theme here in the NYC area so we will make our picks with the thoughts of all turf races being switched to the main dirt or slop oval. We hit a nice one with Alexandros in the seventh at Aqueduct Friday. Had to wait out the photo as we just nosed out the bomber closing rapidly.
RACE 1: # 9 CLASSIC IMPACT should make a smooth transition to the wet going. She finished second in two tries on off tracks. Never dismiss a Chad Brown charge. Price may be not to our liking but just play if you get an overlay. If not, enjoy the race and move on to the second.
PLAY: Win bet on # 9 at odds of 3/1 and higher.

RACE 2: # 6 CURVATURE is the lone closer in this race. The gelding relishes the slop with a win and show in two tries. Greg DiPrima wins on all counts here: first with trainer, dropping in class, and overall claiming prowess. Also, the change to Rajiv is positive.
PLAY: Win bet on # 6 at 3/1 and better.

RACE 6: Very competitive race. # 3 ROLLERS is sure to be the betting choice and is more than capable but let's try to take him down with a trio. # 5 CONNECTICUT YANKEE is joined again with The MIG. # 6 MEGAPIXEL is an improving colt who has a placing on Aqueduct's wet track. # 8 DRIFT KING has speed to go and just lost the lead in the stretch last out.
PLAY: Win bets on # 5, 6, 8 at 5/1 and higher. Exacta box 3 with 5, 6, 8.
