Some judge in Texas ordered drunks to carry signs at the place of the infraction and some physhologist is complaining about long term damage, emotionally to the person found guilty.
The drunk had killed two people while under the influence.
Evidently the long term outlook from the victims and their families does not count for much.
I guess it is still crime and no punishment.
The sign said "I killed two people while drunk at this spot".
