Hey Moms and Dads, great day to see what it will like living as a lib.
Stay home tonight - keep your kids in the house. No need to go out trick-or-treating. When the other kiddies come to your door, just help yourself to a handful from their bags and give it to your kids. Of course you don't give them any candy. They have too much money, what with buying costumes and all, so just spread the candy around.......the Obama way.

I can tell you what that Halloween you're typing about in real life is Tom, because I live it every year.

Gangs of dipshit Oakland kids, trained from birth by their dipshit parents that they're entitled to a handout of some kind or another get shipped over to my city. They ring my doorbell holding out their candy bags without taking the time to either wear a costume or even say "Trick or treat." Just a bag held out expecting candy.

For the kids who wear costumes and say the magic words, I do indeed have a basket of candy to slowly parcel away as a reciprocal gift to them. They earned it and deserve it.

For the shippers...I save up all my leftover condiments from all my restaurant dining throughout the year & place it in a separate bag just to give it away piece by piece to the costumeless & mannerless brats who come over here solely to exploit our generosity. My thinking being that they're gonna get what they give. They took the trip over. Here's their mustard/soy sauce/ketchup/salt/pepper/etc. Enjoy. They never catch wind of it 'til later so they leave my porch with all parties feeling satisfied.

People I talk to about this think it's very mean of me. But to my p.o.v. it's emblimatic of someting larger. A sense of entitlement that is not warranted and that I don't want to contribute to.

So, instead of speaking your mind to someone your own size, you get your point across (to God only knows who, perhaps) by putting one over on underprivleged children?

Bully for you!

I used to speak to the parents (the ones who are able to speak English anyway). It is pointless. Believe me. I've tried.

Hey, I'm taking that idea and running with it tonight. :jump:

Along with:

A bowl of oven-hot pennies (help yourself)
Phels-Napha caramels,
Feen-a-mint yummies

With an Obama presidency, kids need to learn to be rudely surprised, disappointed, hurt, taken advantage of, and generally screwed over. Just doing my part.

You want to see Halloween Lib style - check out Hollywood Blvd or Bourbon St. in New Orleans on Halloween. As the hippies like to say, It's a scene, Man!

They show the Hollywood blvd debauchery on TV all the time here ins So Cal. I used to be stationed at Marine Corps Reserve HQ in New Orleans and had to drive through the Quarter to get to work. I saw enough from my car to know that unless you’re into gay porn, Halloween and Decadence were two evenings you would not want to stroll down Bourbon St.

I hear " Obama " costumes are a hot item this year . How appropriate , especially if they scare everyone .
