Maybe this should be posted in the ADW Forum but it mainly effects harness wagering at Youbet. After complaining about getting shorted on reward points, in 2 emails, (I threatened to email Michael Brodsky Chief Executive Officer:) , next time) I got a call from player services.

She's calling engineering to see what's going on!
