Do you enjoy civil AND economic liberties? If you vote for either of the majors you're surrendering one or the other.

The lion's share of you are voting for McCain. Good luck. Out of the two he appears to me to be less socialist than Obama is.

The Libertarian party is mainstream. Remember Bob Barr is a former Republican. As always take a look and judge for yourselves...

I would love to see the LP have a chance. But for now, you have to vote against the worse of two evils..........

maybe YOU do.
Go for it.
There will always be a lessor of two evils.

If every person with doubts voted for the Libertarian then you would have a beginning. That would tend to validate the choice of another.

The road you travel accepts the smaller of two evils forever.

Not sure how that leads to anything but growing evil with each cycle.

You and the other "morals saviours" can just slog on down that path forever.

First, we defeat OBama.
Then, we neutralize McCain and replace him with Sara.
Then, we find a new party for Conservatives to use as a host. My vote is the LP.

The volume of posts that are pro John/anti Barack. The PA scale tips to the Republican ticket based on that asessment.

Sorry PA; but these symbols really sum up my thoughts better then any words and they are so time efficient!

:ThmbUp::ThmbUp::ThmbUp::ThmbUp::ThmbUp:

I never have bought into the lesser of two evils argument. A vote is an endorsement and regardless of outcome it’s still our right to choose who we believe in. The two party stranglehold LOVES to portray any alternative as a “wasted” vote and that thinking only perpetuates the bureaucratic status quo imo.

I like the Libertarian philosophy. Out where I live it is pretty much "libertarian" anyway. Folks take care of themselves and each other. Rarely see any law enforcement, things usually work out....

Funny how Obama's Ginsue commercial never once suggest any type of self-reliance, anything they should do to help themselves - like stop wasting money on "hooker" fingernails and Pepsi.....or the kids earnig their own snacks.

The American spirit is lost on these clods and their pie-eyed piper. That commecial showed just how useless and pathetic this clow really is. And most of his supporters.

I too was chagrined to see he left out discussing hooker fingernails, perhaps in favor of including his comments of the importance of parents in their children's education.

My guess is it was a tough call. Really, however, no good excuse for not at least giving Pepsi a product placement somewhere in the piece. That's almost more than we can take, I agree..

You're out of touch. That kind of message would tank today. People are hurting. Some cant even afford the things you say they should stop wasting money on.

When this government has spent billions overseas on Iraq and billions bailing out wall street, and their job goes belly up,the last thing they want to hear is some schmuck telling them this BS. You'd be slapped into Teusday in some parts of the country.

BS, light, BS.
HUSSEIN picked the family to use in his infomercial, not me. FACT - their complaints were pathetic. FACT - if I gotta hand over my money so the HO can feed her fast-ass kids and doll herself while throwing away money on soda pop, there is something wrong here. The only that bitch has is the hurt of working and earning your own way, a concept wasted on her kind and Obama.
The cure for hurting is to get off your butt and do something about it.

You and the righties are so obsessed and freaked out with the idea that Obama is introducing socialism. In case you dont realize it there are many socialistic elements in our society today. If the Wall Street bailout wasn't a gross form of socialism that McCain supported and all the anti socialism people supported ,I dont know what is.Who do you think is going to pay the tax bill for this? At least in Socialism this taxation we will all have to pay for would go to a more needy cause rather than bailing out the rich. The anti socialistic arguments on this board have no merit. Just fear mongering without a clue.

The anti socialistic arguments on this board have no merit.Of course they do. Many of us were vocally opposed to the socialistic elements in our society that you mentioned.

And we'll be damned if we'll sit back and just elect someone who wants to do nothing but EXPAND on that concept 1000x.

Plenty of merit in that.

There's that, and then, of course, socialism does not work.
