There was a bridgejumper at MNR in 3rd race tonight. They put in approximately 35K to show on the #5. Overall, 87% of 45K plus show pool was on #5, who finished dead last.

Show prices were $42.20, $52.00 and $30.80. I caught the first and third place prices. I couldn't see the #4 ($52) in the money.

I sure am happy I bet the 4 to win only in this race.

#4 ran second and paid 23.00 to place and 52.00 to show.images/UBGX/05.gif

Too lazy to pay attention.

That sucks. I didn't bet the #4 at all though. What did you possibly like about him? Just curious.

No need to jump, the money was more than recovered offshore! ;)

Computer picked the race 5,3,4

Bet on 5 at even
Bet on 3 at 4-1
Bet on 4 at 10-1

Last night I think there was a 50+ horse at mnr that I did not bet that was the second choice with ML of 6-1 and betting odds of 4-1. Did not bet that one since I try to bet only 8-1 plus to win and I had no idea it would be so overlaid until this morning.

Yes, that is the correct strategy. I honestly didn't think this horse would lose though. I left two horses out of my show bet to save four bucks.

They've never shafted me yet. 5+ yearsDo you often try to cash bets after manipulating the pools? Re-read the user agreement you acknowledged when you signed up. The ones I've bothered to read expressly prohibit this kind of betting action.

Good for you. You know how to read. You do things your way, and I'll do things my way. Thank you very much.

I could care less what you expect. However, it looks as if you are wearing the 2400+ posts as some kind of badge of honor. People with any less posts are just supposed to read posts from the likes of you and keep their mouthes shut. Is that it? Because, that's what your post implies.

I don't really give a crap whether or not you violate the TOS of whatever off-shore bookie you're using, but when it's correctly pointed out to you that most specifically do not allow show pool manipulation, your jack-off response tells us all we need to know. And your pointless bashing of McShell is another thread isn't going to grow your fan club much either.

I would suggest you re-read that thread. I posted in there again, before you made this post. And I think you are the guy who acts like a prick.

And BTW, I've got 10 good offshore books that I use, and have never had a problem with any of them.

Okay, I'll admit I haven't read any of the agreement full through, so please explain how exploiting bridgejumper action would contravene any agreement. Isn't the whole point of gambling to find an edge and then exploit it.

Serious question -- not being a smartass.
