I can not tell from this article if the ADW's have the signal back for Beulah. If purses are being restored to initial levels you would think so as ADW revenues would also be needed for that to happen, but who knows anything anymore. Anyone with any knowledge here?

Have you spoken with anyone connected with Beulah or the Ohio horsemen? The article infers the horsemen are not preventing the signal from going out based on a temporary agreement to agree to disagree and continue to negotiate. There is certainly no deal, but do the ADW's have the signal for now based on this temporary agreement? If not, how does Beulah ever expect to restore the purses back to prior levels pre-45% cut. They have to have ADW handle to do it. Now more than ever before.

No deal for ADW yet.
