Rail settings @ Mth

I'm following Mth today on YouBet and I noticed that in the Late Changes for the 2nd, they posted that the rail is set at 20ft. This race was run on the dirt at 6F. I'm aware of changing the rail for turf races, never heard of it for dirt races. Is this accurate or a mistake?

I think that it was just a mistake. The 7th @ Monmouth was taken off the turf; I can't imagine Monmouth carding a Turf race for $5k claimers.
