A local Radio host in Charlotte is relating a conversation he heard in a Walmart over the weekend.

Lady #1 says to Lady #2:

I can't wait until Barack gets elected! I am going to buy a Hummer!

Lady #2 to replies:

Why a hummer?

Lady #1

Because Barack is going to put gas back at $1 a gallon

Lady #2

Why a Hummer though?

Lady #1

Don't worry, it will be one of those little Hummers!

This thread reminds me: Back when gas was nearing $4 a gal, Obama said he didn't mind $4 gas, just thght it got there too fast. So, lady, Gas is more likely to be $4 than a $1

remember Obama's energy policy? we can't expect to have things better than other countries, we'll have to turn our thermostats down.
for oil, he doesn't mind if the price stays up, his plan is you should get a tune-up and check the pressure in your tires.
