You bet more to place then win Tom?? Don't you want to maximize the higher payout over the long haul??

Generally, I bet this method on 9-2 or higher. My records show I hit almost twice many long shots to place as win and this gets me more of a return.
Not a factor today, 2 wins and 2 last place finishes.
