10 million in repairs? I think it might be time to sell the place.

It is a great track. But the horses are awful. All the decent horses from Tx run in the casino driven tracks of Louisiana...........

Move the meet to Retama or Lone Star but quit bitaching that everyone will get out the business if they dont have the meet.
