I've seen this before, but don't understand, guess I'll have to email the track management unless someone here can help. Tuesdays are qualifing days at Chester and yet #2, Arts Blaze shows racing for purse money,$11000, in a non-betting event on Sep 23rd. Are these races handled the same as a parimutuel event? Do they do drug testing?
